At the Presbyterian church pantry, we strive to have a wide variety of items for our clients in addition to the food supplied by the Federal Government (USDA), food purchased from the Oregon Food Bank, and all food received through local area food drives.
We often have an abundance of bread and bakery products donated by local stores. We also work closely with the Gleaners organization, and they supply us with dairy products and fruits and vegetables.
We encourage our church members to donate toilet paper and other personal hygiene items. Donated clothing and other small household items are set out for taking.
Our aim is to provide good service in a friendly atmosphere, plus a variety of items to select from, depending on our clients’ needs.
