The Cornerstone H.O.P.E. Food Pantry is located behind the United Methodist Church and is manned by 16 volunteers who serve approximately 80 people each week. The volunteers give a total of approximately 300 hours a month, with the morning crew stocking shelves and readying the food and afternoon crew dispensing the food.
Our volunteers are: Jerry Bevens, Jim Smith, Ray Watts, Cindy Grocki, Margaret and E.G. Poff, Bob and Grace Dichtel, Ann Krupa, Val Eppery, Inez Haskell, Doug Forncrook, Dick Ferguson, Scott Hughes, and Leonard La Fond.
Cornerstone H.O.P.E. is most fortunate to have a family who purchases four 4H animals from the Clackamas County Fair and has the meat processed, wrapped, and frozen. The meat is then given to us to be distributed to the clients.
