Client Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for emergency food from a H.O.P.E. pantry, individuals and families must meet the eligibility income levels as shown below. We use the same income levels the United States Department of Agriculture uses to distribute commodities. Another way to qualify is to be currently participating in the Food Stamp program, in TANF, SSI, LIEAP, or Oregon State General Assistance Program.
Clients are asked to bring identification and proof of residence. H.O.P.E. serves Oregon City, Gladstone, and West Linn. Exceptions are made for the homeless and first time users.
